1. About These Terms These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations, stays, services, and use of this website relating to The Savoy, A Fairmont Managed Hotel, Strand, London WC2R 0EZ (“The Savoy”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing this website, making a reservation, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Reservations & Bookings All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by The Savoy. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your booking. Room rates, packages, and offers are subject to change prior to confirmation. Once confirmed, a reservation constitutes a binding contract.

3. Rates, Payments & Deposits Rates are displayed in GBP unless stated otherwise. Rates include VAT where applicable. Depending on the rate booked, full or partial payment may be taken at the time of booking. A pre-authorisation may be taken on arrival to cover incidentals.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected and will be confirmed at the time of booking. Flexible rates may be cancelled without charge up to the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations made after the deadline or failure to arrive (“no-show”) may result in charges up to the full stay or first night rate depending on the rate type booked. Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and are not refundable, transferable and cannot be amended

5. Check-in & Check-out Check-in: from 3:00pm Check-out: by 12:00 noon Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Valid photo ID is required at check-in.

6. Service Charges & Taxes A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill in line with hotel policy. Any additional taxes or government charges will be applied as required by law.

7. Hotel Facilities & Services Access to certain facilities (including spa, fitness centre, and pool) may require advance booking and may be subject to age restrictions or additional charges. Specific terms may apply to dining, spa treatments, events, and other services.

8. Pet Policy Dogs may be permitted by prior arrangement and subject to conditions and fees. Assistance and service animals are always welcome. Pets are not permitted in certain public areas of the hotel including restaurants and bars. Pets must not be left unattended in the hotel.

9. Guest Behaviour Guests must behave in a respectful and lawful manner at all times.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services, or to request a guest to leave, where behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful.

10. Liability The Savoy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Privacy & Data Protection Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.

14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
