Center Stage Terms and Conditions

The promotor is The Savoy Hotel Ltd, registered in England no. 3669255), whose registered office is at 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF.
The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The Savoy and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition is running on The Savoy Instagram only @thesavoylondon
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
The competition opens at midday on Wednesday 15 November 2023. The competition closes at midnight on Friday 24 November 2023.
After this time and date no further entries to the competition will be valid.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

The Savoy reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows and no alternatives will be offered:
- 30 hours of recording time at Abbey Road Studios on 7, 8 and 9 December 2023.
- A three night stay at The Savoy from 7 December 2023 in a luxury king room for two guests with breakfast included on each morning.
- A place in The Savoy’s Center Stage showcase to be held at The Savoy on Thursday 7 December 2023 in the Beaufort Bar.
  - Transportation to The Savoy and to Abbey Road Studios is not included and must be arranged and covered by the prize winner.
- The winner agrees to:
  - Participate in The Savoy’s showcase on Thursday 7 December 2023 in the Beaufort Bar alongside two other artists that have been selected by Fairmont as part of their Center Stage program.
  - The use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. The Savoy and Fairmont Hotels will have rights in perpetuity to all assets taken in connection with the competition prize.
- Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
- A shortlist will be selected by The Savoy and Fairmont Hotels and the winner will then be chosen by an external judge appointed by The Savoy and Fairmont Hotels.
- The winner will be notified by email and / or DM on Instagram by midnight on Friday 1 December 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize before 5pm on Monday 4 December 2023, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by [English] law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [England]
- The winner’s name will be available 28 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: [savoy@fairmont.com]
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to The Savoy and Fairmont Hotels and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy found here.
- The Savoy’s decision as to those able to take part and the selection of the winner is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
- The Savoy shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.
- The Savoy also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
